Meditation and connecting with nature are wonderful ways to improve your life. They’ve helped me become more calm, content, considerate, happy and psychic too. Speaking of psychic, I’ve found that there’s a whole spiritual world (heaven) out there, made of energy at a higher vibration than our physical world. Meditation can also help your connection and communication with your own spiritual side (higher self) and that heavenly world. This section includes a growing list of meditations and visualizations for a variety of purposes, like for helping soldiers suffering from war related trauma.
The Psychic/Spiritual link will bring you to articles on heaven (spiritual world), reincarnation, angels and guides and my early psychic experiences. Understanding our spiritual path, and the nature of what’s out there, can make our lives here more fulfilling.
As to our life here, the Trip Report link covers my travel stories as I visit some of the scenic places on this beautiful planet. My travels and write-ups tend to have a nature focus from a sometimes spiritual viewpoint, for instance covering a beach related visualization exercise while discussing islands and beaches. In Europe, I felt a strong past-life connection to many of the places I visited. That trip report is yet to come. Every place that I visit seems to be a great place to meditate.
The next link will bring you to a large photo gallery, with prints available. Most of my photography is of nature, including wildlife, mountain and island scenery. They are the leading publisher of such material, and they have great speakers and seminars too, like the Alaska cruise you can find in my trip reports. I have heard them recommended by some very advanced spirits.
